Recording Packages
3 x 25 minute recordings, specifically made for you or your child for you to listen to at home so you can focus on your development in a very personal way. After we have discussed the concern via email, you or your child will answer the questions I have sent and the first bespoke recording will be with you after a few days - it’s that simple!
NB You or your child can listen to these recordings at any time of the day or night. It makes no material difference to positive behavioural change as to whether or not you/they fall asleep after or during the recording or not. Once you have been through the process of listening to the recordings on order (they will be sent out in 5 day spaces), you or your child can listen to them in any order you’d like.

Introductory Session to Hypnotherapy
A 25 minute recroding for you to assess for yourself whether you think hypnotherapy would be a good fit. We do not delve deeply into any issues here as you would need the support of a few sessions in order to feel confident moving forward. This session Is an introduction to hypnotherapy to see how you feel with it. It is not necessary to have had this session before booking another package.

Refresher Session
A 25 minute recording delivered to you after you have purchased the package of three recordings above. Sometimes after a few months (or years!) you may like a refresher audio to combat an niggles which may show signs of coming back in past behaviour.
