Hypnotherapy Packages  

6 hypnotherapy sessions of 50 minutes conducted over Zoom, including personalised recordings after each session - £650

Hypnotherapy for Childbirth

 I offer two bespoke packages combining hypnotherapy and hypnobirthing techniques;

6 week package (recommended for limited anxieties). 6 sessions of 50 minutes conducted over Zoom including personalised recordings after each session - £800

12 week package (recommended for anxieties, previous birth trauma, difficulty sleeping or concerns about post birth bonding). 12 sessions of 50 minutes conducted over Zoom including personalised recordings after each session -  £1800

Prices differ from the pack of 6 hypnotherapy sessions above as with the childbirth sessions, the recordings I will send out will be longer - around 30 minutes. 

Sessions can be alternated between expectant mother and birth partner if needs be.
